Dumpy Pumpy
Dumpy Pumpy is a training plan consisting of 3 lower-body sessions and 1 upper-body session. Each lower body session is distinct from the other via quadricep biassed, hamstring biassed, and glute biassed. The aim of the plan is to develop and build the size and strength of the lower body.

This step-by-step push-up guide has been created to either help you achieve a push, develop your push-up, or add alternatives to your training. This guide is filled with voice-over video walkthroughs for each stage of the push up as well as showing an alternative for those who have wrist discomfort when doing push-ups.
